Squats make your thighs thicker. Is it just me?

My concern is that my thighs are thick, so I'm doing squats.

My thighs are stiff and thick.

Is this supposed to be like this?

Or is it because I'm in the wrong position?

Did you all lose weight on your thighs after doing squats?

pu2. It's normal to be firm in the early stages of exercise
If you keep doing it, it gets softer and lighter
And if you stretch, your line will look pretty, so make sure to stretch
