Don't you use a foundation brush to finish using a foundation brush?

I squeezed the foundation on the brush to apply the foundation with a brush, but it doesn't apply after the brush is finished

Is it right to apply it like this?

I don't even use it, but I think there's going to be a lot of foundation.
