I think it'll be hard to get into position if I do it alone, so I'm going to use it. What do you think?

pu1. I tried it because it was at my friend's house, but it's not good for my back because I can get up with recoil
You have to use lower body strength, but you use less lower body strength
So I don't want to recommend it
