Please tell me how to sell clothes at the open market

I'm thinking of starting an open market, but I think it'll be too hard to run a site, so I think an open market would be good...

First of all, I like clothes and I am interested in fashion, so how do you usually buy clothes on the open market?

Do you make it in your own factory? Or do you give the design and ask them to make it like this?

Or do you just take it off and sell it?
