When fine dust is severe, which one should I choose?

When fine dust is bad If I use CLO, I think it'll be bad because of the oil component, so should I change it to CLOW?

pu1. The fine dust is so bad that I use a cleanser, wash my face with a cleanser, and even cleanse my face with a foam cleanser

pu5. It's a different purpose for me to just wipe off the dog oil (I wipe off the dog oil that came up lol) I always wipe it off with CLEWER and when I remove cosmetics, I use CLEWO + CLFOM
