Is it possible to use KT Galaxy S7 as an affordable phone carrier?

I'm using KT Galaxy S7, and of course, I'm using KT .

Since the contract is over, I am thinking of using the GS plan that came out as a thrifty phone. I don't know what will happen because this is LG U+.

It's a mobile phone for KT, but can I use it with a USIM from a mobile carrier?
