I heard it's effective in removing whiteheads or milky pimples. What do you think?

pu1. I'm using Baha because of the blackhead, and it's really effective.
But it can cause a lot of dead skin cells, so it needs a lot of moisture and it stings because of the peeling properties
Since it's very stimulating, I do it about once a week rather than often
