The desktop doesn't turn on with a beeping sound

I cleaned the desktop because of the dust, and the desktop didn't turn on with a beeping sound, so even before the initial boot screen went in, it kept making that sound.

Of course, it doesn't go into the window.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
