Padm is 1.8288 meters, 6 feet (US), or 1.8531 meters, 6.08 feet, 1/1000 nautical miles.
The cable is 185.318 meters, 1/10 nautical miles.
Harry is 1,853.184 meters tall, 6080 feet tall, or 6080.2 feet tall.
