Do I have to change my internet phone when I change my internet company?

I'm using LG U+ right now and I'm looking into it because I heard that I can use SKB for free if I use SKT.

If I move my Internet carrier to SKB, do I have to transfer my Internet phone to SKB?

Then the LG U+ Internet phone I'm using now should be canceled and my phone number will be gone?

pu2. Internet phones have nothing to do with Internet lines. You can use the internet as SKB and use the internet phone as LG U+
