If you cancel your card when you have a card installment left

I'm using Shinhan Card now, but I still have installments left.

I think the annual fee is expensive and other cards would be better, so I'd like to cancel the one I used while changing to another card among Shinhan Card.

How about the installment payment for the previously?

Do I have to pay back in a lump sum or do I keep paying in installments?
