Lunch: 100g of brown rice, 100g of chicken breast, washed kimchi, cabbage or chili or cabbage, 1 teaspoon of ssamjang. Dinner: sweet potato 150g of potato, potato/pnoseI was wondering if you are eating well or if there is anything lacking
