What should I put on if my eyes are dry?

I don't apply eye cream now, but I use the thickest one out of the ones with cream, but it seems dry, so it's better to apply eye cream separately, right?

Do you have any recommendations?

pu1. If you look at the ingredients, there's no difference between eye cream and regular cream, but there's only a difference in viscosity
