A good foundation for calming pimples

The pimple has gotten worse, so I cut off all of it and only put on the base, but the pimple is not disappearing.

Please recommend a good base for calming the pimple~

pu2. If there's too much millet, it might be because the cleansing isn't meticulous. Make sure to cleanse thoroughly, too
