How long does it take to deliver the notification?

I ordered it from Ali, but it's been two weeks and it hasn't arrived yet.

Is it supposed to take this long? Or do I have to put up a dispute?

Why does it take so long to arrive in China, which is close to the U.S., even farther away?

pu1. I guess it's your first time ordering Ali. You usually have to think about it for more than a month.
