What can I do so that I don't strain my knees?

I need to lose leg fat, but I can't do recommended exercises because my knees are bad. Is there anything I can do without using my knees?

Please recommend me some.

pu1. Lie down on your side, lift up your legs, and then lower! It's good to lose weight on horseback!
