High ping when playing Star 1 Battlenet

pu1. What happens in Starcraft is that my network needs to be good, but my opponent needs to be good, too. If you don't download anything, it could be because the network is slow on other people's side.

pu2. I don't know exactly what Star's Battlenet network is like, but in normal cases, it's hard to find the cause unless the developer comes forward because the network speed of other users or Battlenet servers themselves can't do anything about it
