How is everyone controlling their diet?

After dieting and yo-yo repeatedly, my motivation disappeared.

I lost weight while eating chicken breast and salad right before, but I don't know what to do while doing Pilates and eating chicken breast again.

 I know I have to lose weight now.

I have to eat chicken breast and brasol.

How do you control your diet? Is there a simple way to control my diet? Do I have to calculate the calories every time I eat something??

pu1. I think I'm obsessed because I keep calculating my calories
Even the five strands of Chinese glass noodles are segu
So I didn't want to pack any calories, so I just ate less and worked out more

pu2. I switched to intermittent fasting because of my diet! You don't have to worry about your diet at all because you're doing this! It's not that I'm losing weight easily, but I feel that I'm losing weight, so it's best not to get stressed out about my diet!

pu3. I'm a vegetarian, but everyone says that salad doesn't count calories, so I eat it to the point where I'm full, but I think this is a good way to do it when I'm stressed out
