Make sure to use the foundation

I thought it was oily, but maybe because the weather has gotten dry these days, only the triangular zone is fine and the cheeks are dry. Maybe that's why it looks too dirty or stuffy when I apply matte products.

If there is a foundation that is moist and sticky to use, please recommend it.
