If I put a new sd card in the navigation, it won't recognize it

I was using an 8GB SD card in Navi, so I bought a 32GB one because I was increasing the capacity.

If you do it, the data is updated It works well, but if you put it in the navigation, there is a problem that the navigation does not recognize...Does anyone know why this is?
