The oil is coming out of the BB cream

I haven't used BB cream for a while, but when I use BB cream, it's not the cream that's supposed to come out, but the same liquid comes out. Is it because it's past the expiration date?

There are still about 6 months left until the expiration date written...

If you keep squeezing it, there might be cream on the inside, so can you squeeze out the oil-like liquid and use it inside?
