I have to keep running for about an hour, so I can't stand it. I'm tired of it and I'm so tired of doing cardio exercise indoors because I keep holding something at the gym, and I'm so tired of it.
Besides, it's harder than cardio because I don't have basic physical strength. Is there any other way besides exercise?Or is there any light exercise to lose weight?
