How to listen to mp3 in your personal PC through streaming

I want to put mp3 music in my personal PC on the Internet and listen to it through streaming rather than just putting it on my phone or mp3 player.

I have NAS equipment, so I think I can upload music on it, but I don't know how to send it through streaming.

Can I listen to  mp3 with NAS or a personal PC?
