How to do eye makeup well

It doesn't look good on me no matter what I do with my eye makeup. It feels like I'm a panda because they put on eye makeup as a joke

Therefore, I tend to skip eye makeup...

Why does it not look good on me? Even if I change the shadow tone in various ways, that's right.

pu1. Skip the eyelid and apply it. I don't look good with fancy makeup either, so I put it on like that
