KT's Giga Internet speed is slow

KT Giga uses the Internet, but it's fast when I first use it, but it's slow when I use it. I heard that rebooting the router makes it faster, so I rebooted it really fast. But if I use it for a while, it keeps slowing down again...

I purposely uploaded it from 100 Mega in Gwanglan, but there's no difference lol.

What should I do when the Internet speed is not as fast as I thought?
