I couldn't work out by myself, so I went to a PT place and looked for it. PT was much more expensive than I thought, so it was a bit burdensome to pay 70,000 won at once. Would it be helpful to diet PT?
Or should I just do it by myself?
I think I can control my diet by myself, but it's hard to exercise.

pu2. I think it's good to exercise habitually... It's good to do it for a while with PT, but if you quit, it'll go back to its original state.
I think it's better to choose an exercise that you like and do it consistently

pu3. If you do personal training, you can build your body quickly. If you do it alone, you don't work that hard
