They sell laptops that don't have an operating system, but unless the laptop is a Mac, you have to install Windows anyway...Are you saying that you want to get more money by letting me buy Windows separately because there is no pOS?

Or do you mean to use the window as something that is not genuine?

I don't understand why they sell it like this except for the operating system
