How to grill roasted sweet potatoes deliciously

I buy a cooking pot and bake it on low heat for about 30 minutes... Even so, the inside of the sweet potato sticks to the skin and doesn't leave any edible parts.

How can I grill it like it's sold?

pu1. If you grill it on low heat, it evaporates and sticks to the skin. If you grill it over high heat, the outside will be burned before it is cooked. So you have to cook it over medium heat
