Since calories are currently consumed when cycling, it's better to set a target calorie burning rather than exercise time. Now I'm cycling every day with 2000 calories, but it takes about an hour if I do 2000 calories.

I'll lose weight no matter how much I eat 2000 calories a day, so if I don't lose more calories.
