Please tell me how to get rid of acne scars.

I have severe acne scars.

It's reddish and mottled.

Is there anything else I can do besides dermatology?

Please recommend any cosmetics that you liked to use.

pu1. Sleeping a lot and drinking a lot of water! It doesn't get much better in the short term, but I think this is the best.
