Does fast shampoo really work?

I hope my hair grows fast, but I searched for it and found a fast shampoo. Does my hair really grow fast if I use this?

I don't know if it's really growing or if it's an advertisement

pu1. I didn't measure the time exactly, but I think it's longer than before. I think it's growing, but I'm not sure.

pu2. They say it doesn't work scientifically. It's only possible if shampoo gets into the skin, but it doesn't get into the skin.
