If all Korean letters are broken in Chrome

In Chrome, all the Korean letters are marked with 으로...

The strange thing is that the chrome version has been updated to the latest, so it doesn't seem to be an encoding problem.

Has anyone seen this phenomenon when using the latest chrome?
