Recommend products that reduce speaker noise between floors

The speaker is a low-pitched speaker, but I'm not using it yet because I think my neighbor will say something.

Is there any speaker aid that can reduce or prevent noise between floors?

pu1. I can't catch a low note no matter what I write. At home, just headphones or PC speakers are appropriate
