I'm curious about the coconut fruit

I've tried coconut drinks a few times, but I've never seen real coconut, so what's inside the coconut fruit?

pu1. There is coconut water inside. If you try it, it tastes similar to what you've tried as a drink, but it tastes much lower in concentration. And the inside wall is white, but I sometimes peel it off and eat it. They sell it by drying it. It feels soft and chewy like a fruit. This tastes good, too
