Why is it that the computer sometimes stops after upgrading the graphics card?

Recently, there is a phenomenon that the computer stops once in a while after changing the graphics card.

It doesn't usually stop for a few seconds, so it's not a big problem when I use it, but it's not fun when I stop playing games.

Why is this?
