Types of cell phones that can be used with 3g

I don't really need LTE because I'm only talking about LTE on my cell phones.

So I like unlimited 3g, but do you still have mobile phones that can be used with 3g these days?

pu1. You can buy any phone you want. 3g or lte depends on the USIM you insert

pu2. You can put 3g USIM on any phone that's currently coming out. There is no separate 3g or lte, and both are supported on mobile phones
