Nintendo Switch Europe vs. Japan

I'm looking into buying a Nintendo Switch.

The European version is 220V, but the price is a little more expensive and the Japanese version is only 110V, but the price is cheap.

Which version should I buy the Nintendo Switch ?

There won't be a country code, right?
