What should I check when the internet gets disconnected or slow sometimes?

I'm using the Internet at home   Sometimes it works well  Sometimes it gets cut off and slows down, or the Wi-Fi signal is very weak.

Router uses iptime, but is it more than router?

Does anyone know why?
