Will Aritaum give me a refund for the troubled cosmetics?

I bought a cream from Aritaum, but if I apply this, it's oily, so it's oily, has sebum, and my makeup keeps popping up.

I think it will be difficult to use continuously and it will be a quick item, but I was wondering if I could get a refund.

Does Aritaum give you a refund for things that don't fit your skin well?
