Is it possible to connect a regular window monitor to use the Mac?

My major is design, so I'm looking for a MacBook Pro.

I thought I'd have to use it for Windows someday, so I wanted to buy a Mac.

I wonder if it's possible to connect and use a regular monitor for Mac Windows

As the monitor gets bigger, the price goes up too much for MacBook Pro, so I was wondering if it would be possible to use it by connecting a large monitor after buying it with 13 inches.

Is it possible to use it like this?
