I went to a bar and ordered bindaetteok, and the ingredients are different from the green onion pancakes and kimchi pancakes that I know

I don't think it's flour. What are the ingredients for bindaetteok?

pu1. Make bindaetteok with ground mung bean soaked. I don't have any bedbugs
