I couldn't find it on Qnet, so how can I get a certificate from a librarian?

pu1. The librarian doesn't have a certificate test. If you graduate from the literature and information department of a junior college, you will be qualified as a quasi- librarian, and if you graduate from the literature and information department of a university, you will be qualified
