The reason why the one-room basic internet is sometimes disconnected

I'm using the Internet in a studio apartment, but I don't install it separately, but there's something that's provided as a basic, so I use it. Sometimes it works well, but sometimes it gets disconnected to the point where I can't use the Internet at all. Why?
