Smartphone internet is not slow but laptop internet is slow

I use a router at home and use my cell phone through Wi-Fi, but I don't feel that it's very slow when I use a laptop.What's wrong with this?

pu1. In the case of mobile phones, it can feel fast because there is not much data transmission, whereas laptops have a lot of data transmission, so it can feel slow... Maybe the whole internet is slow
