How long does an LED lamp last?

It's only been about three years since I changed it to an LED light, and I heard from the vendor that it will be used for 10 years when it was constructed with an LED light, but it's already blinking. Is it because it's defective?

pu1. I think it's a stabilizer problem. If LED modules are expensive when constructing them, they use LG Innotek or Samsung's, so they use good ones, but they use a stabilizer at a low price
