Is Galaxy S8's touch much different from iPhone?

Until now, I've been using the iPhone series on my phone, but I changed it for the first time because the new Galaxy s8 was pretty. When I used the iPhone, it didn't bother me at all. When I scroll on the Galaxy S8, it feels like it's lagging

So I rebooted, but it kept doing that.

Is this how it is? Or is it because the product is defective?
