Can I wear discoloration lens glasses when I drive?

I was looking for sunglasses that I can wear when driving and found out about discoloration lens glasses. Is it good to use instead of sunglasses?

And are there any discoloration lens glasses with polarization lens?

pu1. Discolored lens glasses are useless when driving. The color of the discoloration lens changes because the lens reacts to ultraviolet rays, but in the car, most of the UV rays are blocked due to tinting, so the color does not change
