Do you put pesticides on sweet pumpkin from New Zealand?

Food

I saw at the mart that the sweet pumpkin was from New Zealand, is it okay?

Isn't there a lot of pesticides to import from quite a long distance?

pu1. Wouldn't it be safe because New Zealand is famous for its clean area?

pu2. New Zealand is one of the countries with the most pumpkin cultivation, especially sweet pumpkin types, so if it's a pesticide problem, wouldn't our country use it more? In addition, imported goods are subject to sample inspection, but they have to pass the agricultural product inspection

If you read this, it doesn't seem safe even if it's New Zealand, a clean area.
