How do you use cleansing water?

I've never used anything other than foam cleansing, but I heard that you wash your face a lot with cleansing water, so I was wondering how you use cleansing water.

Do you wash your face with cleansing water instead of foam cleansing?

pu1. I usually use it for double cleansing and I use cleansing water as the first cleanser
Then, you can use foam cleanser to wash like you normally do

You can erase your makeup by putting cleansing water on a cotton pad
Use soap or cleansing foam separately for double cleansing
