What temperature should I set the humidity to?

What is the proper humidity for living?

The weather got dry, so I'm thinking of turning on the humidifier.

I don't know how much to adjust the humidity with a humidifier or dehumidifier at home.

pu1. If the humidity is around 40-70%, it feels comfortable, so it's good to set it at this level

18~20℃ : 60%,
21~23℃ : 50%,
24℃ : 40%
